Jeeze I've been tired a lot more than usual lately . I think the heat is making my fatigue worse. Since it's cooled off today I do feel better though. Had sleep paralysis last Saturday, I was trapped for at least a couple hours until Coco came in and jumped on my stomach with her squeaky toy. For me it seems to happen most often when I'm too warm. Sleep paralysis is a complex condition that may or may not be related to my MS. I've had it for a long time. Google it if you want to know more, I'm too busy to write about the technical side of it.
